Our support process is designed to give clients clear communication before, during, and after each photography, editing, print preparation, or commercial printing project.

1. How We Help

Driltech INC supports clients with project questions, quote requests, session scheduling, proof review, file delivery, print order updates, revision requests, and general service guidance. We aim to respond to support requests promptly during regular business hours.

Request updates on editing timelines, proof approvals, print production, or final delivery status.

2. Service Fulfillment Policy

All consulting, photography, editing, print preparation, and commercial printing deliverables are provided through scheduled sessions, digital file delivery, printed material production, email communication, proof approvals, written project scopes, and approved project milestones.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our work involves scheduled time, creative labor, production planning, editing, printing materials, and custom deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the project stage.

  • Deposits or booking fees may be required to reserve studio time, begin production planning, purchase materials, or secure project resources.
  • If cancellation occurs before production work, printing, editing, or scheduled preparation begins, the client may be eligible for a partial refund depending on costs already incurred.
  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, Driltech INC may retain payment for completed labor, planning time, purchased materials, vendor expenses, administrative work, and other non-recoverable costs.
  • Refunds are generally not available after edited digital files, proofs, final images, downloadable galleries, print-ready files, or other digital deliverables have been delivered.
  • Commercial printing orders are generally not refundable once the client has approved the proof and printing has begun.

4. Rescheduling Photography Sessions

Clients who need to reschedule a photography session should contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made too close to the scheduled session time, if studio resources were already reserved, or if production costs have already been incurred.

5. Delivery Methods

Digital files may be delivered by email, secure download link, approved file transfer method, or another agreed delivery channel. Printed materials may be prepared for pickup, shipment, or client-approved delivery where available.

6. Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored or sold by our company.
