1. Services Provided
Driltech INC provides commercial photography, corporate headshots, portrait sessions, product photography, event photography, studio photography, image editing, retouching, digital file preparation, marketing material printing, and commercial print production. Specific services, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are based on the approved quote, invoice, written agreement, or project scope.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate project information, respond to requests for approvals, attend scheduled appointments on time, review proofs carefully, and provide any required content, files, brand materials, product samples, or printing instructions. Clients are responsible for confirming all names, spelling, addresses, specifications, image selections, and final approvals.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Pricing may vary depending on project size, number of images, editing needs, printing quantity, paper stock, materials, turnaround time, location requirements, licensing use, and additional services requested. Additional work outside the original scope may require an updated quote or invoice.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be provided on the applicable invoice, quote, or project agreement. Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Final delivery may be withheld until payment is completed. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection. Client billing information is handled only for authorized service payments and is not stored or sold by our company.
5. Service Fulfillment
All consulting, photography, editing, print preparation, and commercial printing deliverables are provided through scheduled sessions, digital file delivery, printed material production, email communication, proof approvals, written project scopes, and approved project milestones.
6. Turnaround Times and Revisions
Estimated turnaround times may vary based on project size, editing requirements, print production schedules, client responsiveness, material availability, and revision requests. Projects may include a limited number of revisions depending on the approved scope. Additional revisions, edits, reprints, redesigns, or production changes may require additional fees.
7. Client-Provided Materials
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any images, logos, text, files, artwork, trademarks, or materials provided to Driltech INC for production or printing.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Driltech INC retains ownership of original working files, editing files, production files, and creative process materials. Clients receive rights to use final approved deliverables according to the agreed project scope.
9. Portfolio Use
Driltech INC may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before project completion.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies on our Customer Support page. Custom photography, editing, and printing projects may be non-refundable once work has started, proofs have been approved, or materials have been produced.
